The worst realtor of all time! Attends to her personal family, issues, phone calls on potential buyers' time. Don't get in the car with her, dangerous driver, doesn't even know how to pull in or out of a driveway! She doesn't listen to her client's needs because she is so consumed with her own life. And she LIES! She told me that she was in regular contact with a selling agent for a house that I loved and wanted and Carol NEVER even called her. Another offer came in ONE DAY before mine and selling dealer accepted it not knowing that I existed! Carol totally dropped the ball and worse, lied about it. She has no accountability for her self-centered approach and will blame her client if things don't go right. My life was ruined by this woman since that was the only house that didn't cause problems for my environmental sensitivities. I've lost tens of thousands of dollars ever since and still not able to find an appropriate house. Carol didn't care, blamed me and has gone on to her charmed life getting clients thru her husband's co-workers. This woman does not deserve to have a real estate license and should be banned from real estate! She is a hazard and will ruin your life- and then not even care about it. For your own sake, DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN!
Carol is very diligent and helpful. Found a buyer for my house in no time. Knows the local market and priced our house accordingly. Hard worker! Answered all my questions I had about the process and what to expect.
